• No mass data export unless approved.
• Bowerlens may throttle or restrict for stability.

3. Compliance Disclaimer

All tenancy, safety, WHS, smoke alarm, pool safety and state-based legal requirements remain the user's responsibility.

• State legislation overrides Platform outputs.
• Bowerlens does not guarantee state compliance.
• Users must validate all generated forms.

4. Service-Specific Disclaimers

Forms, checklists, workflows and templates are for general guidance.

• Bowerlens does not guarantee accuracy.
• Laws may change without notice.
• Users must ensure the correct version is used.

5. Beta Features

Bowerlens may release beta or experimental features.

• Features may be unstable or inaccurate.
• Bowerlens may withdraw features anytime.
• No warranty applies to beta features.

6. Data Residency & Transfers

Users consent to storage in Australia or overseas.

• Data may be processed by cloud vendors.
• Bowerlens uses reasonable safeguards.

7. Uptime & SLA Disclaimer

Bowerlens does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Maintenance may occur without notice.
• Downtime may occur from third-party failures.
• No compensation is provided except as required by law.

8. Data Export Rights

Users may export data at any time.

• Export formats limited to those supported.
• Bowerlens not responsible for transformations.

9. Change Management

Non-material changes may be immediate.

• Material changes require 30 days' notice.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Survival

Clauses relating to IP, liability, indemnity, privacy, data, access logs, and disputes survive termination.

11. Tenant & Contractor Interactions

Bowerlens is not responsible for disputes between users, tenants, or contractors.

• Communication logs are not guaranteed.
• Tenant actions are outside Bowerlens control.

12. Document Versioning

Users must track their own document versions.

• Bowerlens is not responsible for missing or outdated records.

13. Spam Act Compliance

Transactional emails form part of service delivery.

• Marketing requires opt-in consent.
• Users may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

14. Severability & No Waiver

If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder survives.

• Failure to enforce is not a waiver of rights.
